Hello! I hope your weekend’s been good so far. This photo has NOTHING to do with what I’m about to share with you. Moving on… A few things:
- I just finished an interview with one of my favorite duos EVER. They’re so amazing and I can’t believe they said yes to Restless Cities. We float like two lovers in a painting by Chagall… Stay tuned!
- I’ve been thinking about taking my master’s again. Preferably somewhere far away from here. If you think no one is ever content with their lives, then you are most certainly correct. I’m constantly in search for something new.
- But since I’m still here - anyone down to meet up & hang out? I did an experiment last week and stayed in a coffee shop for 6 hours with just my laptop. My ass hurt a lot and I discovered that unless I had URGENT things to work on, I could never hang out by myself again for that long. It was painfully boring.
- You can’t just take without giving. This applies to almost every aspect in life.
- Stars’ new album is FUCKING PERFECT. Excuse my French, but listen! It’s so, so good. They’ll be here with two solid openers - California Wives and Diamond Rings - in October and I can’t wait! I’m glad I haven’t made a “Best of 2012” list yet for Restless Cities. This one might just take the top spot!
- I can’t even blog anymore without mentioning music-related things. It’s all I ever think about and do! Which reminds me… I have a ton of emails to get to.
- Talk to me if you’re bored. It may seem like I rarely reply, but I almost always do! Privately in most cases.
